How Is It Made?
Our organic coconut sugar goes through a carefully controlled process from farm to final product. SAP Collection
Fresh sap is hand-collected from coconut tree blossoms at the farm.
Boiling
The sap is boiled down to reduce water content and concentrate the natural sugars.
Oven Drying
Granules are oven-dried to reduce moisture to below 2%, ensuring natural preservation with no additives required.
Sieving
A second sieving refines the granules to the desired mesh size for consistent quality.
Metal Detection
All product passes through a metal detector to ensure complete safety and purity.
Packing & Shipping
Packed in bulk paper sacks or box cartons and loaded into containers for international shipment.
